E-Pass Migration to Autosweep RFID

1. Subscribe to Autosweep RFID by completing the Subscription Form

2. To transfer your existing e-Pass balance, fill up and submit the Authority to Transfer Balance Form

To cancel an existing Auto Debit Arrangement with e-Pass contact e-Pass Customer Care at (02) 888-8787

3. Surrender your e-Pass tag with the completed forms to any of our RFID installation stations.If your e-Pass subscription has not expired, you shall be credited for the value of the applicable to the remaining term. The adjusted balance of your e-Pass account and any credits from the remaining subscription term will be credited to your RFID account within seven (7) working days.
